Wrong completion rule
The package reports score but the activity requires a status the tool never sends — or the reverse. Learners finish; Moodle shrugs.
Suspend data limits
SCORM 1.2 caps resume data at 4,096 characters. Long courses silently lose their place. The fix is 2004 or a restructured package — we tell you which.
Upgrade regressions
A Moodle or plugin upgrade changes player behaviour and last term's perfect setup stops tracking. We regression-test content after every major upgrade on support plans.

How much does SCORM/H5P setup cost?
Standard setup and configuration is a $200 fixed quote. Troubleshooting is quoted after diagnosis — emergency fixes start at $150. Content migration is quoted per library size, in writing, before work starts.
Our SCORM scores show 0 in the gradebook. Can you fix it?
Almost always, yes. It is usually a mismatch between the package's reporting settings and the activity's grading method. We diagnose on a test enrolment so your real gradebook is never the experiment.
Should we use SCORM 1.2 or 2004?
For short content, 1.2 is fine and maximally compatible. For long courses, multiple SCOs or detailed interaction data, 2004 avoids the suspend-data ceiling. We advise per package — there is no single right answer.
Can you move our SCORM library from another LMS?
Yes. Packages are portable by design; we migrate the library, rebuild the activity settings per course, and verify tracking on each content type before handover.
Do you create H5P content, or only set it up?
Both. Setup, theming and troubleshooting are standard; building interactive videos, branching scenarios and interactive books is quoted per piece or per course.
